ICUM is the only organization that represents Missouri’s diverse independent sector. Working together, ICUM members have successfully developed policies that benefit higher education in the state. ICUM provides representation for member institutions at meetings of the Coordinating Board for Higher Education and hearings before the General Assembly on issues of importance to members.
